What the public record establishes

The Armenian Ministry of High-Tech Industry published an account of an opening ceremony on 1 June 2026. Eleveight AI describes itself as the operator and presents the Gagarin site as a new AI-compute facility. These pages are direct evidence that the ministry and company made the announcement and identify the location and operator.

They are not independent evidence of every technical or financial detail. A ministry announcement and an operator's company page both have an interest in describing a launch positively. The correct status is therefore: opening documented by first-party sources, detailed performance and investment claims awaiting outside corroboration.
